Leaky Toilet in Indianapolis

This is one of the more common water damages that we see at SERVPRO. The toilets wax ring seal had failed causing the water to leak out onto the floor. We removed the vinyl flooring, properly dried the subfloor and treated it with an antimicrobial to eliminate the mold damage. After the area was completely dried and cleaned we installed new flooring, new baseboards and finished with new paint on the wall to make this bathroom beautiful again.
